✅ 1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You can request return/replacement ONLY if:
- Product is damaged / defective
- Product received is incorrect (wrong item)
- Product quality is not as described
⚠️ 2. Mandatory Proof (VERY IMPORTANT)
To claim return/replacement, customer MUST:
- Record unboxing video at the time of delivery
- Take clear images of the issue
- Share proof within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp
❗ Without video proof, claim will NOT be accepted
🚫 3. Strict No-Return Conditions
Return/Replacement will NOT be accepted if:
- Product has been used, worn, or damaged by customer
- Tags/packaging are removed or damaged
- Request is made after 7 days
- No unboxing proof is provided
- Minor color difference due to lighting/screens (not considered defect)

- Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours
- Provide order number + proof (video/images)
- Our team will review within 2–3 working days
- If approved:
- Product must be returned in original condition
- Replacement will be shipped OR refund processed

- Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
